Earlier this month, I told CJ she can sit in the front seat of the car now. It's a 3rd-grade privilege. On the way home from church last night, she grabbed my hand.
"You really like sitting beside me and holding my hand, don't you?"
"Yes. You're my mommy."
"And I love being your mommy."
And with a gleam in her eye and a face as straight as could be, she replied, "Well, of course you do!"
I gotta tell ya...she's right!
