What's on My Nightstand - February

What's On Your Nightstand

So many books, so little time! This month, I'm tackling a stack that includes:

~Stepping into the Sunlight by Sharon Hinck

~A Day with a Perfect Stranger and Dinner with a Perfect Stranger by David Gregory

~Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

~Word Gets Around by Lisa Wingate

~Spectacular Sins by John Piper (my non-fiction choice, I'm about halfway through now)

~Just Another Girl by Melody Carlson

~Drowning Ruth by Christina Schwarz

I'll be awaiting your opinion of Water for Elephants. I'm not sure about that one so I'm eager for your thoughts!

The first two are on my list too. I read Word Gets Around and Just Another Girl this month and they were both great. :)

Hi Melissa. Looks like a good list. I read mostly non-Christian fiction these days and I liked Water for Elephants and finished Drowning Ruth a few weeks ago. Do you have Drowning Ruth? If not, I would be happy to send it to you. A friend gave it to me and told me to pass it on...let me know if you want me to send it your way.

I'm not sure what Carrie means about Water for E. I loved it.

I like "spying" on the contributors here -- ha!

I was going to post the same thing this week:
1. The Heart of an Artist
2. The Man who Loved Jane Austen
3. Growing a Modern-Day Joseph
4. Website Design for Dummies

A crazy list but is much more entertaining than anything on tv these days! Would love to hear from you, drop by my blog! :)
